According to a recent article in Architecural Record, landscape architects (and designers???) are taking a leading role in green design. No surprise here. Landscape architects have always practiced “green design” and they should be at the forefront of this movement. I am proud to be part of a profession whose focus has always been on practicing ecologically sensitive and sustainable design.
